North East Hamilton is a cultural gem

In recent years, there has been small redevelopment activity in which we have seen smaller properties being purchased and renovated. There has not been large residential developments in over a decade, but there is a demand to see this historic area revived.

Location. Location. Location.

North East Hamilton’s boundaries are Victoria Street to the South, North Street to the North, King Street to the East, and Cedar Avenue to the West. This area is within walking distance to all amenities in the City of Hamilton, making it a prime location to reside in and/or do business.

Long Term Growth.

Bermuda is looking to grow the resident population to 8,000 people, meaning there needs to be more housing options and businesses to support the neighborhood’s long term growth.

High Demand, Low Supply.

There are not many large, quality residential developments in the city. Reimagining North East Hamilton’s residential offerings could provide opportunities for residents to live, work, and play in the city.
